PILATA GIVEAWAY - OFFICIAL RULES

1. SPONSOR
The Pilata Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Pilat Interactive Technologies, Inc. ("Sponsor"), a corporation registered in the United States.

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, or sibling) are not eligible to enter or win.

3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins at 12:01AM PT July 1st, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on December 31, 2025 ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. HOW TO ENTER
Participants must submit a valid email address and phone number through the designated entry form on the Sponsor’s website. Limit one entry per person. Automated or bulk entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.

5. WINNER SELECTION
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted using randomizing software from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will occur within seven (7) days after the Entry Period ends.

6. PRIZE
Two hundred and sixty (260) winners will receive:
- One (1) Pilata Reformer
- Lifetime access to Pilata Classes via the Pilata App.

Approximate retail value of the prize: $799 Reformer + $6,000 for a 20-Year Class Membership at $25/month. Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

7. NOTIFICATION & ANNOUNCEMENT
The winner will be notified via the email provided during entry. The winner will also be publicly announced on Sponsor’s official Instagram and TikTok channels. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. DELIVERY & SHIPPING
The winner is responsible for the cost of shipping the prize. The product will be shipped before December 31, 2025.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

11. TERMINATION & FORCE MAJEURE
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time for any reason, no reason and without prior notice. Reasons may include but are not limited to fraud, technical malfunctions, force majeure events, or any other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In the event that the Sponsor discontinues its business operations, enters bankruptcy, becomes insolvent, has insufficient sales, or otherwise ceases to operate before prize fulfillment, the Giveaway shall be terminated immediately, and any unfulfilled prize obligations shall be void and unenforceable. Under such circumstances, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to any participant, and no substitute prizes or compensation will be awarded.

12. GOVERNING LAW
The Giveaway is governed by and subject to the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising out of or related to the Giveaway shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association within the State of Delaware. Participants waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

14. PRIVACY POLICY
By entering, participants agree to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which details how personal information is collected, used, and protected.
